Storm drenches Cornwall area; wreaks havoc with roads

The first major precipitation event since Hurricane Irene last year dumped up to 4.5 inches of rain on the Cornwall area in an 18 hour period on May 29, resulted in many flooded roads and washouts. Clark Road sustained major damage and was closed until a washed-out culvert could be replaced.
