WARNING OF OPEN MEETING OF THE
CORNWALL BOARD OF AUDITORS
January 24, 2019
The Board of Auditors for the Town of Cornwall will hold an open meeting, in accordance with Vermont statutes, for the purpose of examining the financial records of the Town of Cornwall. The initial meeting will be held at the Office of the Clerk in the Town Hall on Saturday, January 26 at 5:30 PM.
AGENDA
Elect a Chair
Discuss Town Report and the time frame for preparing it for the printer. This includes cover color, dedication and review of the report.
Discuss Professional audit that is currently in process for the FY 2017-2018.
Decide on future meeting dates.
Other business.
Adjourn
The meeting will be continued to future dates to allow for review work by the Town Auditors. Future meetings will be scheduled as necessary and will be posted on the bulletin boards and on the town’s web site.
