Vaccine Information for Cornwall Residents

If you are a Vermont resident and aged 75 or older, the following is the link to register for your COVID vaccine (starting Jan 25):

Appointments are required, and clinics won’t be able to accept walk-ins.

If you already have an account because you were tested for COVID-19 through a Health Department site, you should use the same account information.

If you have issues registering, please be patient and try again a little later. There are enough appointments for everyone who is eligible.
